Its clean, fresh character without astringency makes it the perfect introduction to Japanese tea ceremony for newcomers. Preparation:
1. Sift 1 tsp matcha into a bowl
2. Add ~60ml hot water at 80°C (175°F)
3. Whisk in an "M" motion for 15 seconds until frothy
