A liquid eyeliner that achieves both a matte texture and gentleness using "charcoal ink." The formula incorporates charcoal ink that is less prone to color deposition. It emphasizes the eyes naturally with a soft matte finish.
The "Mineral Smooth Liquid Eyeliner," which achieves a matte texture and gentleness with a pigment-resistant charcoal ink formula, is a new generation eyeliner that creates a built-in line with kindness to the skin and high functionality. The "Mineral Liquid Eyeliner," which has been popular since its launch in 2014, has been upgraded to an easy-to-draw brush pen type. In addition to being resistant to sweat and sebum, making it long-lasting without smudging, the formulation is uniquely designed by ETVOS, considering the delicate eyelids. It is dye-free, carbon black-free, and uses carefully selected Kishu binchotan charcoal ink to achieve a rare matte texture for a liquid eyeliner. The unique soft coloring of charcoal allows for a natural look that doesn't feel overly drawn on. It is also perfect for those who want to use it as an inside liner or for natural makeup. Moisturizing ingredients that care for sensitive eyes are also included.
The ultra-fine 0.1mm bristles allow you to draw the ideal line with a single stroke. The 0.1mm bristles, which are firm yet flexible, are gentle on the eyelids and make it difficult for the line to thicken, allowing even those who struggle with liquid eyeliner to draw freely. This long-lasting design has passed a 60mm continuous writing test, making it comfortable to apply eyeliner every day.
The eyeliner adheres to the eyelids instantly and is quick-drying, making it resistant to sweat, water, tears, and sebum, ensuring that the beautiful line lasts long. It can be easily removed with warm water, reducing the burden on the eyes.
The unique matte texture and soft coloring of charcoal are achieved by using Kishu binchotan charcoal ink that is resistant to color deposition. The soft coloring of the charcoal ink gives a natural impression to the eyes without being too strong, blending naturally even with natural makeup.
The formula is designed to be gentle on sensitive eyelids and includes moisturizing ingredients such as peach leaf extract to prevent skin roughness, ginkgo leaf extract to care for UV damage, and panthenol to cherish delicate lashes. It is a low-irritation formula that has passed a sensitive skin patch test (natural brown is expected), making it suitable for use even when the eyes are sensitive due to seasonal changes or hay fever.
Seven ingredients not used: petroleum-based surfactants, mineral oil, silicones, tar-based pigments, fragrances, parabens, and alcohol.
