Shipping costs

Shipping costs and free-shipping eligibility vary by destination and shipping method. Applicable shipping rates are shown at checkout.

Order processing

Each order is prepared based on current stock. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. If any item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you by email with options before proceeding.

Dispatch location

Depending on stock, orders are dispatched from Japan or Hong Kong.

Delivery time

Standard shipping: typically 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing.

EMS (express), where available: typically 2–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Japaniful is not responsible for delays after dispatch caused by customs clearance, severe weather or carrier disruptions beyond our reasonable control.

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Customs and import taxes

Any customs duties or import taxes are determined by your destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
